Our Practice
Castle Street Dental Practice provide a high quality service for the people of Tredegar and the surrounding Valleys communities of Rhymney, Ebbw Vale, Blackwood and Brynmawr. We are perfected situated on Castle Street in Tredegar town centre, with lots of free parking within easy walking distance of our dental practice.
Our dentists’ offer a kind and friendly NHS dental service and our highest priority is to offer you and your family good preventative care and advice in order to reduce the need for invasive dentistry and extend the life expectancy of your teeth.
The practice now has a Welsh speaker dentist. Please let the reception staff know if you would like to communicate in Welsh.

Top of the range surgeries
We have recently undergone a major modernisation programme, creating four surgeries; two on the first floor and two ground floor surgeries which have full disabled access. Each surgery is fitted out with top of the range equipment including digital x-ray machines.
Our comfortable waiting room has a well stocked magazine rack and toys to keep the children entertained whilst they wait.
Our practice is accessible to patients with disabilities, with a fully equipped ground floor surgery and disabled WC. We also have an induction loop for patients who require it.
If you do have any disability that you think we need to know about please give us a call before your appointment and we will do our best to put suitable arrangements in place to accommodate your needs.
We provide the full range of NHS treatment (except orthodontics and sedation) to all members of the public. We also provide treatment on a private basis, including cosmetic dentistry to improve your smile.
